Welcome to SmartPrevious. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SmartPrevious plugin and API service ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Agreement: By creating an account or using SmartPrevious, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
🎨 Service Description
SmartPrevious is an AI-powered photo editing assistant that integrates with Adobe Lightroom Classic. The Service:
- Learns your personal editing style from your photo adjustments
- Provides intelligent editing suggestions based on your learned preferences
- Processes image metadata, histogram data, and visual features to generate predictions
- Stores your editing patterns and compact image representations securely on our servers
What We Do NOT Collect
- We do NOT collect or store your actual photos or image thumbnails
- We do NOT have access to your full images
- We only process technical metadata required for the service to function
👤 User Accounts
To use SmartPrevious, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Account Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- One account per person (no shared accounts)
- Commercial use is permitted with an active subscription
💳 Pricing & Billing
Free Trial
New users receive a 30-day free trial with up to 10,000 edits. Users who sign up via a referral link receive an extended 60-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial.

Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
💰 Refund Policy
No Refunds Policy: Due to the generous free trial (30-60 days, no credit card required), we do not offer refunds on subscription payments.
Our reasoning:
- The free trial provides ample opportunity to test all features
- You can fully evaluate if the Service meets your needs before paying
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time (see Cancellation section)
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Technical issues preventing service access (with documented evidence)
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
✖ Cancellation
No Cancellation Fees: You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
How to Cancel
- Go to your Billing Settings
- Click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe customer portal
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to your data until the end of your billing period
- Your learned editing style data is preserved for 90 days in case you return
Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request complete deletion of your data (see GDPR Rights below). Upon such request:
- All your personal data will be permanently deleted
- Your account will be deactivated
- This action is irreversible

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how SmartPrevious collects, uses, and protects your personal information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do NOT store your actual photos. During prediction, a low-resolution preview is temporarily processed to extract a compact numerical representation (256 numbers) that describes the visual characteristics of the image (e.g., brightness, colors, scene type). Only this numerical summary is stored — the preview image itself is discarded immediately after processing.

- Providing the Service: Learning your editing style and generating predictions
- Account Management: Authentication, billing, support
- Service Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve the algorithm
We Do NOT
- Sell your personal data to third parties
- Use your data for advertising purposes
- Share your editing style with other users
- Train general AI models on your personal data without consent
